By guest blogger Bradley Busch It sounds like a paradox — the idea that participating in aggressive sport can make people less aggressive. Yet this belief forms a core basis of many martial arts dating back thousands of years, and many famous practitioners real and fictional have preached the importance of self control. Previous research has demonstrated that this may well be the case, as participating in martial arts helps improve concentration and self-awareness, self-esteem, emotional stability and self-regulation.
But is it really true that martial arts also reduces aggression outside the dojo? Can participating in traditionally violent sports prove cathartic, helping young people develop self-discipline and in turn be less violent away from the sport? Writing in the journal of Aggression and Violent Behaviour researchers from Israel and America report their findings from the first meta-analysis on the impact of martial arts on violent behaviours in children and teenagers. However, only twelve met their criteria for inclusion: Their analysis found that participating in martial arts did indeed have a significant impact in reducing aggression.
I think for the masses that are into sports, but not MMA, the reason they don’t follow it is because of the belief that the rules are set up like the intial UFC fights. UFC was little more than a train wreck that people were stopping to see when it first came out.

Avery Hayden After years of video game addiction Avery decided he’d replace Night Elves with living, breathing women. After approaching thousands of women and getting a degree in psychology, he put both skillsets to use with his website, Red Pill Theory , which offers dating advice with a scientific edge. Authority may be the single most powerful psychological influence on human behavior; we spend our developmental years being trained to submit to authority. Through years of being conditioned to obey, we develop a deep predisposition to do what authorities tell us to.
For women, this effect is doubly powerful.

Filipino girls are generally short and slim. More recently, I have noticed a bit of a belly on some of the girls, but overall they are slim especially if you are coming from an Anglosaxon country. Their bodies are very tiny and fall into this well loved niche of body types. Filipina girls also almost always look younger than their age.
